My husband and I were honored to enjoy the enormous scrumptious meal provided by Chef Charlie at my daughter and future son-in-law\u2019s kitchen! He prepared a delicious seafood boil in a humungous pot which smelled amazing as the spicy aroma wafted through the room! Every step was amazing to watch from the start to the finished display as he dumped it all onto a huge dish as big as the table and we all began digging in and eating all the scrumptious seafood, sausage, potatoes and cob corn. <\/p>\n<\/div>

As a new cook without any knowledge of cooking even the most simplest dish, the Necessary Goodness: Delicious Cuisine for Gathering and Entertaining<\/em> cookbook is an amazing resource for me. I so enjoyed creating at least 8 of the dishes for my international group of friends! I think more young people should purchase this book to gain access to different foods from other cultures. <\/p>\n<\/div>
